- Worked on a Bluetooth Mesh IoT solution using Silicon Labs EFR32 ARM Cortex-M4 microcontroller. - Interfaced custom application with Silicon Labs Bluetooth Mesh stack. - Wrote driver for battery charge monitor using I2C interface. - Added error checking and a retry scheme to code for provisioning devices into Bluetooth Mesh network.

- Worked in a team of 2-3 firmware developers writing firmware for most of the current product profile at METER Group, Inc (formerly Decagon Devices, Inc.). - Helped develop Decagon’s first ARM-based handheld device using Silicon Labs EFM32 ARM Cortex-M3 microcontroller. * Developed power management scheme. * Worked on various aspects of the GUI. - Designed software and firmware for production test fixtures. - Wrote simple GUI based Python applications to control test fixtures via USB. - Wrote firmware for test fixtures using TI MSP430 microcontroller. - Responded to customer’s technical inquiries either through the Customer Support team or directly with the customer.

- Designed single sided, 2-layer and 4-layer PCB’s. - Acquired understanding of design practices for double sided and multilayer PCB’s. - Improved quality of PCB design by implementing IPC design standards. - Increased PCB design efficiency through introduction of new schematic capture and layout tool. - Worked with production to improve first pass yield through SMT line by optimizing component footprints, component orientation and stencil apertures. - Developed solid working relationships with electronics vendors, sales reps, and field application engineers.
