Check in and checkout trucks opposite transporters, dealer consignments, service vendors, etc -Manage required recalls, AFCs or MINs. Check for the same upon inbound inspection and receipt. -Review worked completed by third party vendor to evaluate and reinforce quality standard. -Perform mechanical work such as jump starts, battery installation, headlight installation, fluid management while identifying and troubleshooting mechanical problems. -Inspect inventory regularly ensuring required maintenance and service are performed as necessary.

Respond to technical support requests from internal staff and Customers. -Ensure escalated tickets that are returned to Level 1 are actioned and closed after resolution. -Log the call into CRM and document the customer issue and resolution provided. -Use remote support tools to log onto customer workstations and servers to diagnose and solve technical issues.
