Identify, recruit and screen all potential applicants with a goal to provide a diverse slate of qualified candidates. Post open positions, source resumes, track candidates, conduct phone screens, schedule in-person interviews, make employment offers, and follow through to hire for 30 positions at once. Oversee university recruitment and community relations; designed and implemented a college and community talent acquisition plan. Establish close relationships with more than 25 university, vocational school, and other community-based organization representatives and faculty throughout Ohio. Schedule community and college recruitment events, attend career fairs, and host information tables/sessions. Responsible for flow of over 200 people; duties include hiring, onboarding, documenting disciplinaries, and terminating.

Recruited candidates for clientele by directly recruiting from competitors and networking throughout the respective industry. Performed searches within several functional areas: Supply Chain, Manufacturing, R&D, Sales/Marketing, Engineering, Accounting/Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Executive Level, Operations and Quality. Built relationships with both employers and candidates to ensure referrals and repeat business. Effectively worked with upper level management such as Plant Managers, Vice Presidents and CEO/Presidents. Interviewed and pre-screened qualified candidates on a daily basis. Consistently worked on multiple recruiting projects at a time while continuously prospecting new business.
