* Assisting customers in an efficient and friendly manner, adhering to the principles of Red Carpet Customer Service * maintaining security and accountability over all funds, including chips, coins, tokens, cash currency, foreign cash currency and paperwork * accounting for cashier activity throughout the property * and accurately verifying all completed cashier and main bank paperwork via Excel prior to sending to accounting/audit. Also required to process poker room and table games activity, including table fills and credits, and conduct transactions with other departments as needed.

* Maintaining security and accountability for all cash and coins * accurately verifying and reconciling cash drawers * quickly preparing multiple food and drink orders * maintaining the aesthetic integrity of the property * politely interacting with customers.

* Writing compelling and factually accurate descriptions of athletic events * attending a number of games and showcases * conducting and recording interviews with relevant student-athletes in person, over the phone, and/or via e-mail * submitting error-free copy on a very strict deadline * adhering to Associated Press style guidelines.

* Accounting for all currency and coins received * maintaining detailed log books, entering confidential monetary information into an Excel spreadsheet * executing financial reports * filing paperwork * preparing coins and currency for shipment to multiple driver routes across the state of Maine or to branch banks.
