• Responsible for the Transfer of Review Program. Reviewed and approved servicing drawings and design sheets and worked with various consultants to ensure the proposals met Regional and Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks standards prior to being sent forward for ECA approval at the MECP. • Awarded a Certificate of Recognition from the CAO for contributions to the then newly introduced ‘Capacity Management Tool’. This program incorporated GIS, Excel and a large group of Region employees to organize and display the current and future servicing demands within Niagara Region to prioritize and plan future improvements and projects. • Drafted the Regional Encroachment By-Law and Corporate Policy. This involved coordinating meetings between several Regional Staff through different departments and collaborating ideas and perspectives on the matter.
