As Vice President of Enrollment Management at Morris College, I provide strategic oversight and leadership for the Offices of Admissions, Financial Aid, and the Registrar. With a deep commitment to access, retention, and student success, I develop and execute data-informed strategies that drive enrollment growth, enhance the student experience, and support institutional goals. My career in higher education has been centered on transforming enrollment pipelines through collaboration, innovation, and a relentless focus on excellence. Prior to joining Morris, I served as Executive Director of Enrollment Management at Wiley University, where I led recruitment and retention initiatives for a diverse student population while also working with campus partners to promote student success. My work consistently bridges operational effectiveness with a student-centered approach, ensuring that every touchpoint—from application to graduation—is intentional, inclusive, and impactful. I am passionate about expanding educational access and building systems that allow students not only to enroll, but to thrive. Whether I’m in a strategy session, a student forum, or on the road recruiting, my mission remains the same: to inspire, engage, and deliver results.
