Deon Strydom

I lead the National Project and Procurement team at Edge Fitness Clubs, a national fitness organization that offers high-quality and affordable fitness experiences to our customers and employees. With over experience in this role, I have a strong background in budget planning, contract negotiation with contractor's, and staff training. I oversee the procurement, launch, and management of new clubs across the country, working with various departments and stakeholders to ensure that our clubs meet the brand standards, budgets, and expectations. I also support the head office in administrative needs and provide feedback and insights on market trends and customer needs. I have successfully launched and managed several clubs, increasing the user retention rate, customer satisfaction, and revenue. I am passionate about contributing to the health and wellness of our communities and working with a diverse and talented team. I have developed and applied multiple skills, such as business development, project management, leadership, communication, and problem-solving, to achieve successful outcomes and growth for our organization.
