- Work with bidding team to win new project from existing customers. Discuss and work out solution to fix outstanding issues/ concerns with them as well as further strategy. - Manage and steer projects which are being developed at Spartronics Corporate and customer side. - Execute project plan for new projects to achieve project deliverables (project KPI). - Manage the transfer of the projects from R&D Customer and Spartronics Corporate side to Vietnam with agreed and defined targets. - Manage the transfer of the projects from within other BU of Spartronics side to Spartronics Vietnam with agreed and defined targets. - Manage project budget cost, BOM cost/tooling cost and resource allocations. Make sure the cost of a project is managed within budget. - Monitor and control project progress and report to top management periodically. - Host kick-off meetings for new projects to align the team on the project objectives. - Responsible for leading the Project Management Team to launch project comply to Product Life Cycle stages. - Work closely with R&D, Operations, Quality, Buyer, Planning and Sourcing/Bidding team to deliver the project deliverables. - Capture lessons learn from earlier projects and initiate improvements in the current project - Manage and control risk of the projects including risk mitigation plan - Build and develop revenue projection and driven revenue accordingly - Manages revenue projection and Gross Margin (GM) responsibility - Takes accountability for Customer Satisfaction Survey and take action plan - Take full QBR with customer and drive actions plan customer feedback with cross function team and vice-versa - Take responsible of inventory and E&O stock driven between internal and customer per monthly. - Resolve critical issues with customer relative commercial, projects, financial, quality program and coordinate to cross functional team to resolve. - Riss analysis for internal and customer about EOL components, aged inventory, liability, and AR.

Responsible for oversight of key projects or for multiple, related projects / programs aligned with an assigned Business Unit’s strategy. · Manages projects/programs under assigned Business Unit direction. · Demonstrates knowledge and skill in leading and directing project teams and in delivering project results within the constraints of schedule, budget and resources. · Manages key customer programs less P&L responsibility. · Provides customer with Jabil point of contact and interface. · Works with internal and external customers to provide excellent customer satisfaction and exceed customer expectations. · Leads and implements specific programs both internal and external to Jabil that span functions, organizations, geographic regions and cultures. · Leads and manages the development of specific products through the various stages of the product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life. · May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Responsible for leading the Project Management Team. • Manage key customer projects; serve as interface between internal teams and the customers to resolve both technical and logistical issues. • Staff, lead, and manage a team that has responsibility for New Customer Introduction, new product introduction, and product transfers. • Identify the goals, objectives, and scope of NPI projects while working with relevant Operations staff. • Work within the defined standards and procedures as set out by organization and the customer to successfully introduce new products. • Provide regular and consistent communication between the launch team, operations staff and the customer. • Identify potential risks and make resolution suggestion through the escalation process. • Participates managing internal in-process material, samples allocation, and system logistics. • Manage the monthly operational project reviews. • Manage the weekly project reviews for the Project Management. • Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy. • May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Position Descriptions. Ass. Project Engineering Manager (PE) - Leads a project team and leads/assists in the planning, implementation and introduction of the projects. - Manage and drive projects which are being developed and industrialized at Samsung Vietnam. - Execute project plan for new projects (NPI) to achieve project deliverables (project KPI). - Manage the transfer of the projects from R&D at Headquarters (Korea) to Samsung Vina with agreed and defined targets. - Monitor and control project progress and report to management periodically. - Work closely with R&D, Operations, quality and SCM team to deliver the project deliverables. - Capture learning from earlier projects and initiate improvements in the current project. - Manage and control risk of the projects including risk mitigation plan. Description details: -Researching and development new CRT-TV or LCD-TV model and get Headquarters in Korea and China to training. -Main power wholly responsible during times launching new model in production line as well as in market analysis. -Co-work with Korean and Chinese experts studied to find out root causes when happening problem in PD line and improved quality assurance of product. -Troubleshooting quickly and exactly if problem occurring. -From a technical perspective investigate whether new materials and components are applicable in existing products. -Investigating specifications document of R&D center in order to co-work with Pur Dept. to develop a potential new supplier to cost down materials as well as improved quality assurance of component such as: ESTec Vina Corp., DAEWOO, FOSTER Electronic VN, SUNCHING PCB VN, etc.., -Testing and analysis of components quality by equipments such as: Electro Static, Discharge Test ESS-2002EX, RCL Meter Fluke-PM6304, Oscilloscope Fluke PM3384A, Loudspeaker Measurement System (LMS software), etc.., -Combine with supplier to find out root causes and analysis when happening problem in production line.
