He then transitioned into leading the Platform Operations subdomain, including the Site Reliability Engineering organization where he specializes in Incident Response and Management. Currently, Dennis works as a Software Architect within the Customer Identity Product Unit where he partners with teams across the organization tos solve complex problems and mentors teams on relability and resilience practices.
