Accounting Advisory, Cost Management, and Process Improvements Playing an advisory and integrator role to support business growth requirements between finance onshore team in Singapore and finance operations teams in service centers: KL, Chennai, Krakow, and Glasgow. Main accountability and achievements include: • Driving continuous improvements for Accurate and Complete Cost allocation process with business impact of $20 million per year. • Coordinate shared service center team in KL and Chennai to ensure statutory compliance in financial reporting for Shell Entities in Singapore. • Bring penalty cost avoidance business impact through timely submission of Free-Trade Agreement (FTA) application for Shell Products and timely submission of entity tax-related matters. • Acting as single finance focal point for a Singapore-based Shell entity with turnover of 1.2 billion USD and legal entity controller for a Shell Joint Venture in China.

• Performed weekly analysis on emerging market economic outlook to be used by Henkel FX traders in their strategy reviews • Provided support in various treasury projects such as Henkel supplier financing program and pension discount rate review, which has a potential to reduce company's liability by € 300m

• Project Leader for the implementation of “Podio”, a new knowledge sharing platform, for all Student Board activities and all CEMS Clubs within Europe • Provide coaching and advisory role for CEMS Students Club in Japan, China, Italy, Sweden, and Singapore

• Managed the planning inventory cycle and forecasting requirements including backorder issues and global allocation plan for Imaging product line • Led the streamlining of APAC existing SKUs, with a potential cost savings of USD 1.5 million from the company’s inventory level

• Conducted profitability review for bulk, isotanks, and drums sales with the help from commercial managers to identify under-performing market segments in Asia Pacific region • Spearheaded a process-improvement project in reducing the cost-to-deliver for Propylene Oxide business segment and this came with a projected cost savings up to USD 800K/year for the company

• Performed structured trade review on daily basis to ensure all risk trades are reported according to proper financial reporting standards • Involved in three different Operational Excellence projects involving VBA and SQL, which helped the team to achieve process time-savings

Joined Universitat St. Gallen for CEMS Master in International Management program, where I worked on a team of 6 master students for a 14-weeks Business Consulting Project with Credit Suisse (Zurich) on HR Risk Governance Strategy

Joined HEC Paris from September 2012-January 2013 for CEMS Master in International Management program where I took courses in Strategic M&A, Global Strategy, Oil Gas and Power.

Obtained exchange scholarship from The Lee Foundation, Singapore, which is awarded to only 2 students out of 50 applicants.
