Layoff due Covid-19 Managed a 50k sq ft warehouse, with 4 employees. I had 2 drivers and fleet of 4 trucks, and 2 warehouse order pickers who pulled customer orders. We also have daily transfers, either LTL or FTL, I wrote SOP manuals, held staff safety meetings.Negotiated contracts with carriers. Trained all employees on OSHA safety including certifying everyone on forklift Safety procedures. I reset the entire warehouse by adding new racking and assigning bin locations. Mapped and printed new warehouse layout for easier picking, and to reduce errors. This increased productivity by 12%. Worked with CSG corp, to establish a new receiving process, reducing receiving errors and maximizing performance of the min / max inventory control. Performed daily cycle counts, researched all discrepancies. I was in charge of all invoicing for our location. Setting up deliveries, all returns to vendors. In general all things pertaining to the function and well-being of the warehouse.

Company Relocated to S.Dakota Primary responsibility is to maintain receiving, picking, loading and warehousing, operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing programs, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
