I’ve always been passionate about the outdoors, and I believe our best work comes from what drives us. I’m an entrepreneur at heart, a salesperson by trade, and someone who’s spent a lifetime bringing that passion to life. From my early days as a ski instructor to helping pioneer one of the first recreational snow helmets for kids and adults with Boeri, I’ve grown alongside this industry. I didn’t start in boardrooms,I started at the base of ski mountains, walking up to parents and asking a simple question: do you want your kids to be safe out there? The answer was always yes. That belief — safety should never be optional — has stayed with me ever since.Watching this industry evolve has been a privilege, but I’m not finished. Bern represents everything I’ve been working toward. It’s more than a brand, it’s a mission to connect people with the outdoors in a way that feels natural, confident, and fun.Bern was built for those who live to be outside. My goal has always been to give people the best possible combination of comfort, style, and protection, so they can focus less on what they’re wearing and more on what they’re doing. If we can help inspire someone to get outside –  and Stay Out There – that’s what it’s all about.
