As the Dean of Admissions and Enrollment Services, my responsibilities encompassed the full range of enrollment activity from student marketing and recruitment through financial aid education and the admission process for Idaho's leading liberal arts institution. Enrollment for entering freshmen and transfer students grew from 188 in the Fall of 1994 to 325 in 2001 and 2002 before entering its most recent growth phase. This helped to increase the College's overall enrollment from 550 students during this same period in 1994 to almost 900 (877 and 883) in 2001 and 2002. The College of Idaho has a current enrollment of more than 1300 students!

Provided the oversight and guidance to the institution's fundraising and development programs. During this 6 year period initiated and successfully completed a first ever capital campaign effort that exceeded its $50 million goal by more than $14 million dollars. During this same period, alumni giving increased by 60%.

As CEO of The Citadel Foundation I was responsible for managing the foundation's strategic operations, coordinating fundraising and constituent communication. We advanced alumni giving to over 30%, exceeded our capital campaign goals and materially established a culture of philanthropy. This was the result of a committed team of staff, volunteers and board members.

As VP for Advancement at Willamette I was responsible for directing the institution's development, alumni relations, parent relations and related communication efforts.
