I contributed to establishing a secure and efficient infrastructure by implementing system and network setups in the field of cybersecurity. I ensured data security and optimized backup processes using backup solutions such as Veaam, QNAP, and Synology. I enhanced network security and provided protection against cyber threats using firewall solutions such as FortiGate and Sophos. Within the scope of server system management, I effectively implemented Vcenter and DataCenter virtualization solutions (HyperV, VMware, Proxmox, vSphere, ESXI). I installed and managed devices such as FortiAP, ArubaAP, and Unifi AP for network solutions. I successfully completed the installation and configuration of switch and router devices such as Cisco, HP, and Aruba. I effectively managed system monitoring processes using PRTG and Zabbix, continuously tracking the performance of the infrastructure. I specialize in providing system and end-user support by undertaking the installation and management of network structures (LAN, WAN, VPN, TCP/IP) and network devices (Access Point, Switch, Router). While performing hardware and software installations and configurations, I have worked effectively with IP Phone Management and computer hardware on Windows operating systems. I have experience in managing TCP/IP networks and configuring network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, WLAN, managed switches, firewalls). I am knowledgeable in corporate network cabling infrastructure systems and internet service provider management. I also work in areas such as Windows and Linux server management, network solutions, Active Directory, and Office 365 admin panel management. I have contributed to ERP management and PDKS card access management processes by working in data center management with virtualization (VMware) and backup (Veeam) systems. I effectively resolve installation, configuration, monitoring, management, and troubleshooting requests from end users through the ticket system. Additionally, I have extensive experience in information security management, server data storage and switch infrastructure management, updating existing operating systems, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
