Completed a working capital diagnostic followed by 13-week cash flow forecasting support during the COVID-crisis to monitor short-term cash flows and liquidity. - Cash & working capital improvement of a PE owned industrial manufacturing business to the marine industry. Provided working capital diagnostic and implementation planning and support in Denmark and Singapore. - Performance improvement of a PE owned technology company. Engaged by the company but also provided a bridge for communications between the management team and the PE firm. - Turnaround of a PE owned technology company. I joined the engagement team during the implementation phase of the turnaround and worked closely with the company to push delivery and develop KPIs to track progress and benefits delivered. Through the use of data analytics tools I created automated reporting structures that could then be handed over to management to ensure accurate, efficient and regular updates on progress.

Supporting the leaders of the IBM Apprenticeship Scheme and the IBM Gap Year Scheme. This would involve supporting new joiner inductions to working with an external educational body to maintain the progress of our employees. I also spent 2 weeks working for the IBM & Wimbledon team during The 2015 Championship. I was part of the Media team working with other IBM interns as well as those from other external companies contracted to work during The Championship.
