Making necessary transportation operations, preparing and controlling export documents. Ensuring the control of the circulation documents with the customs officer and following the export. Delivering all export documents to the customer in full. Following up the updated legistations and rules everyday for customs procedures according to HS Codes. Negotiating with logistics companies in order to optimize shipping prices. Sending prices and product promotions to potential export customers and conducting customer interviews.

Conducting price and supplier researches in foreign markets of the products planned to be used and reporting them. Establishing sample orders by interviewing the selected suppliers, bringing the samples to the country, examining and reporting them. Following up all import processes after the supplier is determined. Placing orders, tracking payments, arranging transporters and import documents. Participating in international fairs and making supplier negotiations at the fair. Making meetings and negotiations with the suppliers coming to the factory from abroad.

To control the imported product stocks in the factory and to place import orders to the suppliers abroad on time. Coordinating import purchases with suppliers and it`s custom documents controls with suppliers abroad. Making all interviews and negotiations with suppliers.
