With this position, I successfully made the transition from classroom teacher to Instructional Designer for adult learning. My tasks included re-designing an existing computer-based training course for the Army Defense Logistics Agency using TenCORE. I successfully applied the ISD process to design a new instructional interface, update course content, and create new content modules.

* Developed two E-learning modules in Articulate Storyline * Located voice talent and negotiated pricing for audio work on the modules * Provided Storyline templates using provided colors, fonts, and logos that can be reused by the University

Frostburg State University Co-instructed an intensive Spanish course designed to prepare students and professors to travel and study in Nicaragua. I created and used materials for classroom and laboratory. Westmar High School, MD My tasks included creating and maintaining instructional materials for all levels of Spanish classes. I also taught Drama class and directed stage productions. I was instrumental in the process of selecting new Spanish textbooks and materials for Allegany County Public Schools, replacing ten-year old books and materials.
