denise pattison

Denise is currently playing Paula Murphy in RTE's Fair City. She has had a varied career to date. Whilst raising three children, one of whom has special needs she obtained an MA (hons) in Screenwriting from IADT, has taught Creative Writing and English and adult literacy; been a freelance editor (novels) and reader for a film production company; completed courses in acting, voice, directing and pitching; produced several short films, two of which she directed, had several acting roles (Agent: Philippa Stapleton) and in her capacity as assistant director helped run Underground Cinema Film Festival for two years where her duties included everything from planning programmes to booking guests to co-ordinating workshops to press officer to liaising with film bodies to promoting independent film.
