Pour various varietals of wine to tasting room customers. Establish a rapport with customers, discussing the Livermore Valley wine region as well as the types of wines available.

Prepare invoices for payment. Process requisitions and purchase orders. Mail warrants and purchase orders to vendors. Count cash and make deposits. Webmaster for the District's website, maintaining accurate information on a daily basis. Calculate employee time sheets and input into payroll system. Back up for receptionist which includes answering a multi-line phone system and greeting visitors.

Worked directly with Canadian agents selling wine in the Western Canada region. Implemented marketing plans. Attended trade fairs and wine shows, showcasing wine products that were available from large portfolio of wines from around the world.

Prepared shipments of wine to over 150 countries in the world. Provided direct customer service with foreign buyers. Responsible for all export documentation including proforma invoices and ATF 5100 forms. Managed two Logistic Coordinators and one Administrative Assistant. Responsible for Export Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. Interacted directly with Freight Forwarders, negotiating contracts. Liasoned with labeling companies and production to streamline labeling requirements needed. Coordinated Point of Sale items for customers.
