Provided services such as assessments, appropriate treatment plans, case management, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and analyze policy resource services for patients. The role requires the ability to understand and articulate operations between the justice system and mental health systems.

Provided case management, and behavioral interventions for high school students and their families. My work required a collaborative approach among multidisciplinary teams, students and their families for optimum care.

Provided outreach and engagement services to individuals and their families to obtain permanent supportive housing. Case management services were provided on my behalf to assist individuals with intensive care services, wrap around services, referral services advocacy and empowerment.

As the Social Work Department liaison at LSU, I created partnerships with higher institution personnel to frequently participate in Student Transfer Fairs. I educated students on community college minimum requirements for a successful transfer to La Sierra University by informative presentations.
