I comprehensively managed the company's personnel agenda (about 200 employees, 7 branches), covered recruitment activities, set and implement HR strategies. I solved current empoyee issues and strategic HR issues of the company. Together with the CEO I proposed employee salaries for 2019 and 2020 (benchmarking, analysis of wage development) and invented motivational system for blue collar positions.

I provide a complex professional recruitment service in the field of Sales, Administration & HR, Customer Support, Engineering and IT & Telecoms. I am a partner and consultant for both businesses and candidates, connect them. Searching for candidates, CV scanning and filtring, conducting interviews, evaluating them, also consulting with candidates about their prospects and opportunities in the labour market, helping them prepare well for interviews. Business communication, client care, key account management.

I worked with groups of children, focusing on risk prevention (both general and selective). I provided feedback to class teachers, school psychologists and school leaders.

I was in charge of organisational and technical matters relating to the operation of the Brno Branch. My work involved selecting employees, concluding contracts, attendance monitoring, training, leadership and employee motivation. I was also responsible for business communication with the management of kindergartens and primary schools in the South Moravian Region, sales activities. Additional responsibilities included administrative work relating to branch operation, problem solving, and much more.
