As the General Manager at Stretch Zone, I play a pivotal role in both operational management and client engagement, ensuring a seamless experience for every visitor. My daily responsibilities begin with managing and mentoring a dedicated team of stretch practitioners, while keeping our focus on high-quality service and client satisfaction. A core part of my role involves outreach to warm leads, guiding prospective clients through their initial steps toward a healthier, more active lifestyle. During initial consultations, I conduct comprehensive assessments through a medical intake form, where I gain insights into each client's unique needs. Many clients come to us following hip or knee replacements, spinal fusions, or similar procedures, and seek to restore their range of motion, reduce pain, and regain energy. My work also extends to athletes aiming to boost performance, as well as individuals experiencing chronic pain, whether it’s sciatic, neck, hip, or knee-related. For each client, I lead a personalized 30-minute assisted stretch session, showcasing the benefits of our services firsthand. Following the session, I provide tailored program recommendations and present program options in a detailed sales presentation, helping clients make informed decisions about their wellness journey. My role doesn't stop at the initial visit—I actively follow up on client progress and prioritize retention, ensuring that each person achieves their goals and enjoys their experience at Stretch Zone. Additionally, I handle daily operational tasks, including budgeting and reviewing sales reports to ensure our location meets performance targets. My passion is helping clients improve their quality of life while driving the success of our team and Stretch Zone location.
