- Led cross-functional launch and stabilization of outsourced production for 6 variants of high-voltage capacitor chargers at a Serbian manufacturing partner, covering production readiness, documentation, quality, technical support, and issue resolution - Designed the overall test architecture for the product line, defined bench safety requirements in line with IEC 60601-1, aligned electronics, software, and mechanical contributors, and led development of key test solutions - Acted as the main cross-functional link between R&D, production, quality, suppliers, contractors, and top management, making day-to-day decisions on technical, quality, and production issues without formal authority over partner teams - Led RCA/CAPA, customer complaints, and supplier/contractor problem-solving across the full product flow, including traceability, batch analysis, corrective actions, and risk-based escalation; reduced early-stage defects by 5–7x - Built the quality control system for Serbian production from scratch: defined control points, KPI structure, and acceptance criteria; authored 100+ pages of quality documentation; created training materials and assessments; and developed a remote supervision model - Contributed directly to obtaining ISO 9001 certification for the Białystok office and hosted international client quality audits at our production site in Białystok
