Responsible for managing process in SAP implementation in P2P (purchasing) area according to JTI standards. oneERP Project at a participation level 100% is implemented in Trier, Germany. I remain to be employed by JTI Ukraine in Kremenchuk and seconded to the JTI Germany till February 15, 2010

Supervising all aspects of purchasing operations with 3 support staff, i.e. procurement and purchasing activities for production equipment, spare parts, services, other supplies and goods in non production area. As SAP Inventory Management Power user Ukraine provides post-implementation support and training for end users, resolves issues with the existing SAP system, builds up substantial ecxpertise of SAP Material Management process area.

Managed project in implementation of Material Management module of SAP R/3 release 4.6C. Performed FIT/GAP analysis per each Production planning business process in accordance to business practice and SAP technical requirements, provided timely data validation and testing to ensure that the SAP system configuration fulfils local business requirements. Executed key project implementation and support activities in a specific functional area, communicated and ensured that local organization can support the new SAP processes, provided initial first-level end user support following implementation to ensure succesfull Go Live.

Performed all purchasing and logistic operations for production equipment and spare parts, monitored and managed Inventory planning of spare parts for production equipment, ensured non-stop production run of equipment procuring goods just-in-time.

Learned JTI procedures and logistic operations

Developing and preparation of science projects in econometrics and economic analysis, assistancy in research studies.
