Managing Exploration business in Russian Arctic as a Board Director and Decision Board Member for Gydan Energy – 50/50% joint venture with GazpromNeft, ensuring alignment with Shell key business principles and safety requirements and impacting decision-making on the JV exploration strategy. Development of strategic partnership between Shell and Gazpromneft. Main achievements: Sustained SPD top quartile (TQ) greenhouse gas (GHG) performance across Shell Upstream assets; sustained TQ and top decile (TD) unit operating costs (UOC) and unit drilling costs (UDC) by closing Asset Gap-to-Potential. Matured technology application: polymer waterflood pilot ~45 MMbbls potential, digital waterflood, optimized Electric Submersible Pumps (ESP) runtime. Extended field life by unlocking new Growth opportunities (Achimov Hard-to-Recover Development ~130 MMbbls, Tyumen Exploration ~320 MMbbls) via well and pad designs competitive scoping, technology application and phased de-risking approach.

Number of subordinates - 120 (1100+ including contractors). Reporting to Production Director. Stand-in for Production Director reporting to CEO. Main responsibilities: Managing Onshore Assets including Onshore Processing Facility (OPF), 2 booster stations, 1600 km of Oil, Gas and Multiphase Pipelines crossing 11 seismic faults and 1000+ rivers, 5 Pipeline Maintenance Departments, 3 domestic gas offtakes. Accountable for full cycle of production including treatment and transfer of up to 2 bcfd of gas and ~100bbbl/d of oil and condensate, safety, integrity, maintenance, reliability, modifications, turnarounds. Managing OPF-Compression (OPF-C) major greenfield project operations readiness group; business opportunity manager (BOM) for OPF-C Phase 2, BOM for Sakhalin region gasification, BOM for all onshore modifications projects. Performing a wider range of corporate functions as company tender board member, directorate DRB member, BOM for company standards harmonization project, sponsor for digital lab, company speaker and representative in working groups with shareholders, government representatives, media and buyers. People on board (POB) ~250. Reporting to Offshore Operations Manager. Main responsibilities: Managing Drilling, Well Services, Waterflood, Oil and Gas Production, conditioning and export, power generation, WRFM (wells, reservoirs and facilities management) on an Arctic offshore platform Ultimately responsible for the safety of personnel and asset Main achievements: Zero LTI, Zero Tier1 and Tier2 LOPC. Managed preparation and successful execution of unique projects: Gravity Base Structure repair and South Crane Boom Replacement on a live platform. Successfully managed an integrated team for the execution of complex horizontal openhole and F&P well drilling and CUBU (clean-up and bean-up). Recognized as Shell’s most improved asset in Wells, Reservoir and Facilities Management (WRFM) in 2017

Reporting to onshore Assets Manager, POB ~500. Responsible for managing Gas, Condensate and MEG Conditioning, Oil and Gas Transport, Power Generation for OPF and LUNA Platform, Central Control Room for Sakhalin Energy. Achievements: Best Shell Asset in MIE, very high reliability record, high safety record with zero LTI and 1 PS recordable event

Responsible for BS2 Commissioning, Start-up and handover to Operations and Maintenance contractor Main achievements: Completed BS2 Commissioning and Start-up safely and on schedule                    Developed and implemented competency assurance program for contractor staff – company pilot Implemented an end-to-end roll-out of key Shell business processes and Operational Excellence Blades; established robust operations and maintenance of the asset by contractor staff
