A dynamic leader, manager and a seasoned academic advisor. Supervise the student tutoring center and as appropriate, tutor students in remedial English and selected basic subjects. Mentor new faculty and provide orientation to the University’s policies, procedures, programs and services. Organizes, supervises, and evaluates pre-employment classroom teaching demonstrations by potential faculty. Conducts classroom-based peer evaluations of new faculty in their first quarter of employment at the University and once a year thereafter. Participates in all program meetings and/or professional development workshops. When called upon, serves as Acting Campus Dean.

Provide academic advisement to students quarterly. Coded discipline: marketing and business courses. Assist the campus dean with special events for academic development and other special projects as needed.
