Ensures that basic application configuration and patches are running in standard and of the same version. Troubleshoots and resolves problems and issues related to application systems. Perform backup, validate redundancy setup, ensuring all relevant system and data files are regularly backed up / duplicated and verified. Performs regular simulation of restoration from backup complete with documentation and time duration. Attend to all assigned user-requests logged through the ServiceDesk. With ample experience in Systems Administration , Development and Network Administration. Coordinates with Subject Matter Experts (SME) & Busieness Process Analyst (BPA) on business requirements necessary for installation, setup, upgrade and conficuration of business applications.

Developed the ACO Online Purchasing Order & Invoicing.This system prints all the details & tracks all customers who made orders. It also prints products-wise details at each stock point, for any given data range. It also can be printed for any given month. Designed and developed in Lotus Notes and Javascript. Involved in the development of Integrated Billing System.This billing system was designed to integrate all department billing programs to come up into one common invoice. It composes of more then five modules integrated into one UI interface will all back-end processing was running. Each departments can view directly the invoice pertaining to what service/products it is billed using the header detail. Developed the Petty Cash System.This project is an automated workflow built-in in Lotus Notes where a requester of Petty Cash make a request from his/her superior & gets approved thru email. This is a paperless process wherein they no longer print the request for approving.

Installation, configuration and maintenance of systems hardware and Software of the following servers running Windows NT v4.0, 5 Notes Domino v4.62, Great Plains Dynamics Application servers, Novell Netwares and ccmail gateways. Implements Lotus Notes infrastructure in all of the affiliates. Includes setting up of Domino server. Migration and definition of users from ccMail to Lotus Notes and conduct Windows NT and Lotus Notes administration training Implement TCPIP enterprise networking in Aboitiz & Co. using Windows NT . Administration of LAN/WAN infrastructure of Aboitiz with lease line connection and dial-up connections. Implementation of Lotus Notes infrastructure of Aboitiz & Co. it’s affiliates. Handles migration of Aboitiz & Co and it’s affiliates from cc:Mail to Lotus Notes and Netware to Windows NT. Administration of Aboitiz cc:Mail post offices and Lotus notes servers , PC/TCP router to Notes , and dial in gateway which serves the Aboitiz personal accounts and affiliate companies. Involved in upgrades, maintenance and troubleshooting of various hardware and software problems within the Aboitiz group.
