Initially hired as a contract employee but was converted 3 months later to a permanent employee. Developed and executed test cases to validate SalesForce web application designed for remarketing of leased vehicles. Created and executed test cases in HP ALM for development and enhancement projects. Utilized Oracle SQL Developer for to perform backend testing of the databases for the SalesForce application. Wrote queries to use to view data and verify correctness of what ends up being presented on webpages. Supported testing of SalesForce based web app middleware used for receiving lease returned cars back into company inventory thru the sale of those vehicles. Requirement Analysis, test case generation, test execution, documentation of defects, and database verification were essential tasks for the projects that I was responsible for. Designed, developed, and executed test cases for third party application FIS DM. Used Jira and Team Support applications to report and triage defects. Used TDM gather test data for testing and used the UAT teams. Also utilized TFS to pull data for larger test data for QAT and UAT testing. Managed QA team in support of an in house software system (accounting). Wrote test plans and test scripts. Coordinate QA activities between development and project management. Also work with and manage an offshore team in Africa. Served as lead supporting testing of over 200 reports for web based reports as well as reports in SQL Server Reporting Services. Created test and executed test cases for report developed using the QlikView application. Conducted weekly status meetings with Reporting Managers and QA Management to keep abreast of changes, get updates of projects scheduled for releases. Cultivated and presented knowledge transfer documentation to keep other QA team members and management up to date on reporting projects, how to execute and run reports, and how use the reporting test environment to execute tests for those reports.

Worked as a contract employee of CountryWide Mortgage (LandSafe Division) to provide Software QA services. Services include requirements gathering, defining test cases, developing test plans and test scenarios, executing test cases and test scripts, and writing defect reports. Testing services also include regression testing, functional testing, integration testing, and end- to end testing just to name a few.
