Mr. Demeke T. Senbetu is a Senior Nutrition Consultant at Action for Nutrition. He received his MSc in Human Nutrition & Food Science from the Addis Ababa University. He had over nine years experience in food and nutrition research with emphasis in community nutrition, food system, post-harvest technologies, food safety, fortification. He is extensively experienced in project management, supervision, design and evaluation, policy question formulation, policy breif and review,. Published many articles on peer reviewed international journals and serves as an editor for journal of food science and nutritional health and also as a reviewer for different journals. . He is also serving as a guest lecture at Debre Birhan and Jimma Universities.
