Main Achievements: SAP’s implementation in Chile (2008), Develop automatization process for invoicing, dispatch’s control of goods, account payables control, account receivables control and inventory integrity. Develop internal controls in daily processes improving the internal control environments and audit results (internal audit from PLC, BCSA and from PWC) with 100% compliance. Tax & Accountant Manager. Direct reporting to the Lead Controller and Tax Manager for Conosur region. Total people in charge 4 supervisors, 15 professionals and 10 administrative people. • Responsible for Tax management of all Cargill subsidiaries in Chile & Tax auditing, • Expert advisor on local governmental, fiscal and tax matter an laws • Responsible for corporative annual budget and quaterly reviews • Responsible for all fiduciary matters • Provide leadership in the evaluation and implementation in of new projects, Shared Services Center at regional level, acquisitions and divestitures • Responsible in the implementation of balance scorecard measures and Cargill Value Management • Organize, prepare and analyze the Financial Reporting package & legal books in compliance with US GAAP and Chilean accounting regulations Main achievements: Provide leadership in create new administrative and accounting structure for holding reducing in 50% the headcount and facilitating the integration process by Shared Services Centers at regional level. In tax perspective i created tax planning structure to reduce the holding in Chile by merger and transformation of legal entities achieving important tax savings of USD 2,5 millions and using tax credits for tax loss carryforwards and reimburse of tax credit with benefits of USD 4,5millions.

Post graduated in tax law, Diploma in Chilean Tributary Laws. Strong experience in Business Administration, Finance and Controllership areas with almost 23 years of experience in the financial area in multinational company with a matrix structure. Successful career managing and implementing projects at regional level in financing and tax planning. Provide leadership in implementing projects focused on optimization, standardization and automation of accounting and financial matters facilitating the shared services center at regional level.
