I am responsible for providing project lifecycle management for Cat Connect projects in the Eastern Hemisphere from inception to completion. As the communications liaison between customer and hardware engineering, software engineering, logistics/fulfilment, and client services, my role is to ensure the onboarding process is as seamless as possible for the customer.

Identifying opportunities and selling the value of Equipment Management services including Condition Monitoring and Productivity Optimization. Evaluating & completing in depth commercial assessments of the customers' site and business operations. Facilitating dealer buy-in and engagement to provide services. Designing appropriate solutions to improve customers' profitability. Participating in long-term strategy development, assisting in developing and maintaining multi-year plans and objectives, and providing competitive analysis to support business planning. Leading management in planning major programs, new service introduction, and objectives for business unit investment for new sales growth. Providing support to business unit in assessing potential acquisitions.

Developing online case studies for academic use in undergraduate modules in response to a need outlined by academics for resources that address global issues such as climate change, poverty alleviation etc and compliment their existing lecture materials and subject areas.
