* Coordinate production music with music directors. * Design dances for individual dancers, dance companies, musical theatre, opera, fashion shows, film, television productions and special events, and for dancers ranging from beginners to professionals. * Direct rehearsals to instruct dancers in how to use dance steps, and in techniques to achieve desired effects. * Read and study story lines and musical scores to determine how to translate ideas and moods into dance movements. * Audition performers for one or more dance parts. * Choose the music, sound effects, or spoken narrative to accompany a dance. * Manage dance schools, or assist in their management * Seek influences from other art forms such as theatre, the visual arts, and architecture. * Design sets, lighting, costumes, and other artistic elements of productions, in collaboration with directors

* Maintaining contacts and mediate for the (German, French, Italian and Dutch) artists which are connected to European Music Agents * Publishing a newsletter once a year in cooperation with other agents and representatives of ensembles * Having a voice in the acquisition of ensembles / artists * Representation of European Music Agents at major events, gala evenings and concerts * Cooperation with our international agents * Work with other crewmembers responsible for lighting, costumes, makeup, and props. * Obtaining New Clients & Maintaining Existing Clients. * Drafting proposal and presenting it to clients * Attendent all events * Drafting the bills and getting its payment done from clients * Numerous shows produced on different cruise ships. * Numerous shows produced in foreign casinos and sold these shows non-stop until 2008 * Renewing existing productions or hyping up new versions * Selling our services to establishments * Overseeing groups from 6 – 45 artists
