Responsible for managing end-to-end procurement processes for large-scale projects related to BWRX-300 nuclear reactors. This includes supplier identification, contract negotiation, and the acquisition of goods and services. Works with engineering, quality and project management teams to ensure alignment of procurement strategies with technical requirements and project timelines. Manages purchase orders (POs), tracking scope changes, revisions, and utilizing ERP systems to ensure accurate and timely procurement of engineering services. Responsible for reducing procurement costs through strategic sourcing and effective supplier relationship management. Prepares procurement packages that meet technical specifications and compliance requirements which involves hands-on development with quality and engineering teams. POC for addressing supplier issues that could affect project deadlines. Ensures suppliers are paid on time by ensuring goods receipts are completed on time and payments are scheduled per contract. Completes monthly Past Due PO Reports, On Time Delivery Reports and works with the teams to stay within the KPI metrics. Contact for several new projects that involve managing RFI’s and Document transmittals for activity compliance.

Responsible for the daily P2P process ensuring timely procurement of goods and services in accordance with company policy. Created Purchase orders as needed, closely monitoring delivery schedules to ensure no delays and timely receipt of materials and services. Reviewed ServiceNow tickets and routed for processing related to procurement needs. Assigned attributes to Contracts, DPA’s, MSA’s and Order Forms via DocuSign CLM. Assisted AP in resolving receipt/invoice discrepancies. Ensured cost effective means are used to procure services and materials via supplier relationship management. Collaborated with various departments (Operations, Maintenance and Technical) to understand their procurement needs and provide effective purchasing support. Provided ad hoc training to new hires.

Sourced materials for both planned and unplanned work. Worked as a material analyst on shutdowns and start-ups of mechanical units. This involved ensuring timely procurement of materials and services and vendor management. Coordinated with logistics teams to ensure accurate, timely delivery of materials to sites, staging areas and resolving discrepancies, for on-time start-ups and delivery accuracy.
