Overall responsibility for Kerry Group Plc's global reward strategy, ensuring that our reward and benefit programs are aligned with the Group's business strategy. Lead a global team of reward professionals pursuing an ambitious reward agenda in support of our ambition of being the “first choice for best talent”. Highly effective people leader, with a track record in building, motivating, and developing effective teams. Member of the Global HR Leadership Team responsible for setting the global HR priorities and plans, aligned to the group's overall business strategy.

Play a key role in helping to translate the Business and HR strategy into a Reward strategy. Ownership of the design and implementation of Kerry’s Global Compensation and Performance Management programs as well as Executive Remuneration.

Responsibility for group-wide strategy, policy and process implementation relating to Kerry’s compensation offering. Overall responsibility for the annual compensation processes globally and for defining and maintaining an approach to benchmarking. Also accountable for providing information to be shared with the Remuneration Committee.

Focus on aligning our reward and benefits policies to our business performance and requirements. Provide analytical and advisory support to the Business and HR function. Management responsibility of the HR Support Team.
