* Holding down the responsibilities of Team Lead, including monitoring the performance of the team and providing technical assistance to team members while imparting remote Citrix-related support to clients. * Handle installation, implementation and maintenance of Citrix presentation server, Xenapp 4.0/4.5/5/6/6.5.Experience in Provisioning , Streaming and knowledge of XenDesktop and Netscaler. * Thoroughly understand the Operations Requirements for the Client, and manage the team for Operations which includes remote management of servers and applications. * Test the applications to ensure it meets required needs, and troubleshoot Citrix connection / performance issues and applications. * Entrusted with responsibility for the client’s new Citrix Project Implementations and setting up new PS 4.0 /4.5 server environments * Preparing and maintaining the standard documents for the account including Farm and application Details, Knowledge Transfer documents etc. * Troubleshooting escalated issues

Have been producing Citrix VDI designs till now .Trying to make a move from designing to getting involved in Win new Business, Bid Management , pre sales with a flavor of Project Management. Work Package is a term used in BT for smaller parts of a bigger project divided on the basis of various verticals ( Compute , Networks , Voice etc). I am involved in planning , resource estimation , budget estimation , quality management , stakeholder management of multiple work packages .
