With almost 20 years of experience in human resources, I am passionate about driving business performance and sustainability through people strategy, talent management, and organizational development. As the Global Head of HR, I lead a global team of HR professionals while designing and implementing customized programs that improve business performance. I value diversity, innovation, and collaboration, and I strive to create a culture that empowers and engages our employees to deliver excellence and value for our clients and stakeholders. In my current role, I have successfully led the global people strategy that leads the business growth while navigating the complexities around cultural integration and transformation. I have also developed and implemented a comprehensive Talent Acquistion strategy, compensation and benefits strategy, based on market benchmarking and performance management, to attract, retain, and reward our talent. Additionally, I have leveraged my skills in customer relationship management, management consulting, and industrial and organizational psychology to design and deliver various HR initiatives, such as leadership development, employee engagement, learning and development, and talent acquisition, that support our business goals and enhance our employee experience.
