I am responsible for the processing of US payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payments for all teammates. My role also involves creating and analyzing various audit reports to maintain 100% accuracy in payroll processing. Additionally, I assist teammates with their payroll-related queries through the ServiceNow portal, providing exceptional support and resolving issues efficiently. For payroll processing, I use portals like Workforce Dimensions, Kronos, and UKG Pro.

- Managing full cycle payrolls for hourly, salaried contractors on Weekly, Biweekly and monthly basis for multi-state payrolls. - Sending timesheet reminders to consultants. - Ensure timely Bonus & commission payments. - Ensure timely deductions - benefits and garnishments. - Process Court orders (child support, tax levy & Writ of Garnishment) to withhold from employees’ wages and make online payment to state agencies via Expert Pay and state website. - Maintain Advance payments, recovery of advance & overpaid payments. - Maintain Sick, PTO and vacation accruals on weekly, biweekly & monthly basis. - Paystub Posting of Oncycle & Offcycle payrolls. - Handle State and Local Tax related queries/issues. - Handle OPT/CPT status change & Home address change cases. - Sick laws, Holiday payment, Terminations and Fired cases state wise, Overtime Laws as per client and state. - 401K enrollment. - Workers compensation Insurance Audit. - Identify and cross check payroll discrepancies and process necessary corrections. - Setup New hires, rehire and termination of consultants in Peoplesoft. - Setup consultant's tax withholding as per their W4. - Keeping track of payroll related adjustments - retro calculation, pay rate increase, promotion, paycheck reversals/reissue and transfer cases). - Setup DD information of the consultant and prenote. - Uploading General ledger in Peoplesoft after payroll processing and sending invoices to Account Payable team. - Taking care of consultant’s queries related to their payrolls. - Prepare ROE for Canadian consultants.

• US Payroll Process: Weekly, Bi-weekly and monthly payroll for US employees as per US norms. • Processing and auditing attendance of W2/C2C/1099 consultants & import/export interfaces for employee changes and make required corrections/adjustments. • Review, audit and balancing of all payroll-related input to ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits. • Handling consultant’s calls and understand their queries related to payroll. • Take action in a timely manner to provide excellent customer service. • Support invoice processing/ Billing team. • Ensuring the proper calculation of vendor payments. • Handling overpayment/outstanding escalations. • MIS reporting (Absence Report, Sickness report, Active employee Report, leaver’s Report and sharing the report with different stakeholders of the company).

Worked as a backend of HR operation (HR L&D, HR Admin), maintaining the backend database of training, profile management of the delegates and coordinate with the onshore trainers for conducting the course and managing the related activities like sharing the course information, managing course schedules, updating the information portal. Reporting played a crucial part as delegates required certification before they could perform the profile work, so the certification expiry management and constantly reviewing the profiles of new hires. The reports were shared with the directors of the of relevant LOBs. • Managed the HR Shared Service Operations (Hire to Retire) ensuring operational efficiencies & timely service delivery for 2,200 employees. • Strong Partnering with the stakeholders (C&B, Talent Acquisition & Training) to deliver seamless & outstanding operational service support. • Effective data management/administration & ensure publications of monthly HR Analytics and Process Audit Reports as per defined timelines. • Managing the employee life cycle from pre-joining to exit in SAP. • Managing processes and monitoring the overall functioning of processes; identifying improvement areas and implementing measures to enhance operational efficiencies of the systems. • Liaising with various departments within organization to gain support /resolve issues.
