I have played a pivotal role in establishing and executing key strategies and projects alongside marketing and production teams. My work includes effective communication with upper management, creating mood boards, and presenting curated design options to buyers. Involved in product development, launching new collections every six months, and expanding vendor contacts across multiple locations. Additionally, I’ve managed three showrooms in India, optimizing operations and displays, and have successfully conceptualized and executed exhibition stand designs for international events, significantly boosting the company's presence.
