Recruitment Consulting and Business Development • Consulting and recruitments for various clients across all levels and functions • Business development by mapping the industry and then individual companies • Target and goal setting Monthly, quarterly and annually for the unit as a whole and then each Individual • Billing and timely payment follow ups. CRM • Handled all CRM activities with a team of 150+ CCEs and 4 TLs • Managed Clients across nation . • Direct Interaction with 4 Universities and 8 indirectly. HR, Admin and Purchase • Managing Time Office function. Issuing letter for late attendance, absenteeism letter, disciplinary letters, issuing charge sheet etc. • Maintaining complete employees records, and looking after the issuance of appointment letters, confirmation letters, promotion letters. • Fixation of Salary structures and preparation of Salary and Wages . • Conducting the joining formalities for new employees and arranging for key personnel meetings and process training programmes • Conducting Exit Interviews. • Managing administration, Purchase, repair and maintenance of HO along with 6 branches located at Lucknow, Delhi (2), Noida, Jaipur & Ludhiana. ( Assisted by Branch Managers ) • Liasioning with Govt Authorities like Electricity, Water, PF, ESI etc • Renewal of AMCs, Rent leases, Job portals after thorough Negotiations (Where ever possible) • Regular maintenance and repair of office Vehicles which included 4 Cars, 2 SUVs and 10 Two wheelers. • Purchase of all Capital equipments, Furniture, office stationary, general consumables and any other items needed time to time after finalizing the vendors. • Coordination with F&A deptt and Directors for timely payments.
