•Designing, planning, and implementing the organization's employee relations programs, policies, and procedures; ensuring policies are consistently applied as they relate to employee relations. •Managing employee relations specialists and assisting the director in developing and overseeing organizational employee relations strategies, processes, and practices. •Maintaining good communication and a positive relationship with employees to promote employee satisfaction and ensuring a positive working environment. •Providing advice, counseling and guidance to all levels of management and staff on company policies and procedures Climate Assessment and Management •Advises others on the effectiveness of multiple techniques used to assess and manage the workplace climate. •Consults on a variety of ways to gain management 'buy-in.' •Interprets climate assessment results to senior management in the form of written reports and presentations. •Facilitates communication and building trust activities with employees and managers while maintaining confidentiality. •Oversees policies, programs and activities used to solve issues identified by climate assessment applications. •Evaluates alternative methods for measuring the success of climate assessment and management approaches
