As part of their regulatory reporting needs, The Company have a plan to implement the SAS DDS for Insurance as their central DWH for all their reporting needs and BI applications. Project - DSOWeb MED/Rx MIGRATION (SAS Developer / Analyst) - Ingenix Employee Services, USA Re-engineering Ingenix Employee Services DSO order-to-delivery process in order to improve the efficiency and quality measures that are undertaken as part of the process. The project involved reformatting input files based on Metadata into common format files and then applying a series of data quality checks, perform a trending analysis and then load on to a target database. Environment: - SAS 9.1.3, SAS/BASE, SAS/MACROS, SAS BI Tools (SAS EG), UNIX, and Maestro Scheduler Responsibilities - Develop a critical module in UI component. Through the UI screens the Metadata will be populated. Carrying out testing for the entire user interface screens and validating the functionalities for each field in the screen. Prepare the test cases, test data and test plan for the UI component and SAS Component. Involved in coding the preprocessor program pertaining to each client. Test the Data quality by preparing the 2200 data quality rules and carrying out the test with real time data. Involved in analyzing the existing system and deriving the business logic which is migrated to the new system. Explore the existing QTNG process and preparing the detailed document about the existing process. Worked with complex datasets to create customized reports using SAS procedures like SQL, FREQ, MEANS, REPORT and TABULATE etc. for business analysts.
