• Scrutinise and Implement best suited ERP for Business, Finance, Procurement, Operations and Warehouse • Identify ERP vendors and negotiate cost • Define the scope of ERP • Act as a Program Manager and Process owner • Identify waste in the Supply Chain • Automate Processes/Recommend Lean methodology

• Own the Ops Excellence agenda for the organization (Boiler, Scaffolding, Wheels India) • Conceptualize and detail Ops excellence initiatives to bring efficiency in the following dimensions: cost, time, quality, supplier/customer satisfaction and quality, people productivity, tech integration • Problem solve and strategize with M.Com members and Business heads/Delivery Heads on key issues facing business, and drive the implementation of solutions • Manage the output and impact of Ops Excellence Managers tagged to different businesses • Identify, structure and execute process improvement projects across BUs (BusinessUnit) which optimize one of the strategic levers - cost, quality or time. • Conduct cross-functional problem-solving sessions, setup measurement systems, analyze data and quickly arrive at the most feasible and impactful solutions • Drive adoption and adherence of systems set up by process excellence team • Set up factories

• Responsible for bringing in best practices into Manufacturing, Installation and Supply Chain. • Own improvement initiative, not limited to, bringing lean manufacturing methods in shop floor, Six Sigma if needed, initiatives to bring down transit damages and transit time, bring down the time for installation. • Major Focus on Cost Reduction throughout SCM • Prepare for Investor & Board meet • Standardize processes across all production lines in HomeLane • Implement 5S/Lean/Six Sigma processes wherever applicable • Optimise wastage and reduction of errors inside shop floor • Re-usability - Bring in process to reuse all possible raw materials

• Understand the concepts of VPO at AB Inbev as a parameter of Operational excellence and its linkage to Excellence Programs • Map the current People processes landscape at the breweries to devise strategy and prepare glide path for Basic/Intermediate level audit certification • Work closely with the MBB , COE Leads, and Business Partners to support deployment of people practices • Conduct in-person audits and set up strong governance mechanism to track progress towards certification • Align with India VPO Lead and other VPO pillar owners for creating a comprehensive Supply excellence storyboard • Collaborate with functions to support PDCA projects and engage in building problem solving mindset through innovative approach • Deploy White Belt curriculum and ensure training adherence • Train in talent programs on Yellow Belt methodology , conduct Method Induction sessions and facilitate kaizen workshops • Support in Knowledge Management and Idea practices • Own key blocks in the People Excellence Program • Conduct monthly self-assessments and support COEs for mid-year and yearly Global audits • Act as a strategic partner in order to support the BU and its implementation of People Transformation projects. • Implementation of White Belt, Yellow Belt programs

• Design and Build SOPs and Processes in the cities/ functions, own the implementation. • Monitor performance, audit and improvisation/sustainable initiatives such as Business/ Functional KPIs etc. • Change Management, Process adherence, Continuous improvement & Quality initiatives across the org. • Own Quality initiatives - CPB, Central projects around Partner/Car Quality - Safety initiatives. • Understand each processes from end-to-end in depth in the entire business. • Own every process, understand the gap between the target and the output, responsible for all root cause analysis/cause-effect • Stay on top of every business metrics, understand the output and impact of the output on the business • Understand the problem statement in depth, performing the RCA with the right tools and presenting the gap to the concerned team • Converting the gap into strategies and action by liaising with cross-functional teams and drive the changes required. Influence the business with the improvement metrics Strategy & Creativity: Innovative solutions with the least and optimum cost.

• In charge for South Zone (Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh & Telangana) to implement & drive Lean Six Sigma projects involved in City Logistics. • Lean the process involved in Supply chain & Logistics. • Undertake Lean projects at Last Mile, First Mile & Sellers warehouse. • Train CFT regarding Lean and Six Sigma. • Conduct surprise audits & escalate any NC to the concerned team. • Providing operation solutions for sellers. • Hold meetings with Operations, Design, and Planning to understand the requirement. • Mentor Lean Six Sigma Yellow belt & Green belt projects. • Prepare templates & formats for the Warehouse / Hub. • Lean awareness training for FE, TL, HI and AM in the hub.

• Carrying out projects of different Geographical locations. • Assists in the development of the process model process maps. • Assists in the identification and evaluation of processes. • Conducts division and/or business unit assessments. • Assists in setting the priorities of process improvement projects. • Ensures that process improvement objectives, specific goals, measures, and metrics are established. • Works with the team leaders to plan and lead improvement projects. • Provides guidance to sustain improvement changes. • Communicates key lessons learned and best practices from across divisional process improvement projects. • Stay up to date in the application of process improvement tools and techniques. • Carrying out Six Sigma projects at the client’s location. • Training the Managers and Supervisors on Lean Concepts and its principles. • Giving suggestion on Kaizen as and when required. • Building internal team to carry out different Continual Improvement projects. • Motivating the internal team; identifying leaders.
