Responsible for End-to-End project requirements gathering, design documents discussions, sprints creations in sprint planning meetings, responsible for daily scrum meetings, getting shorter feedback loops, attended demos, and based on customer inputs deliver the product, features to the client, mainly worked for Healthcare and computer networking domains which include various modules resources software developers front and backend, Mobile applications from Android cum iOS, hardware and agent integration, QA, Cloud -DevOps. Handling a team of more than 60 people team which requires 7 scrum teams running in parallel for different features developments. Served as a Coach and mentor for Agile Manifesto, Agile Principles, and Values entire PMO group whenever needed for any scrum master or Agile team member. Helped the product owner to groom the product backlogs and assigned them to sprints based on team velocity.

Nearly 3 years worked for project management in various modules starting from civil land development, soil investigations, structure, mechanical rotary, static, Piping, Electrical and instrumentation and pre-commissioning assistance. Experience in handling engineering, procurement and material management team for easy identifications of materials in warehouse. Worked with QA team for test plan preparation and taking part in inspections of critical equipment’s and piping systems. Worked with the SAP-MM team for project coordination for all incoming and outgoing material tracking, used RFID Bar code scanners for materials proper stacking. Shared ideas with the software tool team to prepare reports for the in-house available materials, inventory check and shared reports of critical items required for the upcoming fronts. Worked with the Engineering manager, procurement, and project consultants’ team for smooth drawings, design flow based on available material, and release the special, precision types of equipment based on sequence of the activities. International vendor coordination and technical specification discussion to help procurement and expeditors team to release po’s to vendors and materials dispatches quickly from vendor premises.

Being a Project Integrator I worked with multiple disciplines of Engineering, procurement supply chain, Administration team, and various vendors coordination for smooth engineering design, documents, drawings, and the long lead items flow of materials coordination, tracking with responsible leads. Visited various vendors in India and China for materials technical discussions, expeditions, and material delivery for the smooth flow of the project. Monthly site visits to meet the Construction head, technical leads, and the Client's key stakeholders to understand their current and upcoming requirements also shared the plan /status of delivery of engineering deliverables and materials status to all stakeholders involved. Proper coordination with the engineering team for the required deliverables and shared priorities based on available fronts at execution sites. Experience in engineering aspects of the projects from FEED to handover, attended 30 %, 60 %, and 90 % model reviews and gathered customer inputs for operating and maintenance feasibility.

Worked for Pradip-Orrisa Refinery for the project management activities for the civil, mechanical, piping, and electrical disciplines. Worked with the software tool team to share inputs for engineering drawings and materials coordination. Daily coordination with the Client for the progress review, bottlenecks, and further plan to move the project as per the already planned schedule. Vendor and sub-contractor coordination at the site as required for the design, engineering, and materials requirements, follow-ups, and delivery for smooth progress.

Worked as a senior project engineer responsible for the management of civil, mechanical, piping, and electrical activities executions, coordinator for various facilities, buildings, units, and entire systems for the smooth handover to the customer, taking part in engineering and materials coordination as required for the project timelines.
