This is a very versatile role, I have to do many things like, resolving disputes between departments about resources, examining the company's resource management, and looking for ways to boost employee productivity. Developing tools to automate repetitious processes. Handling mainframe applications. Update the portal and create product courses and coupons. Handling and managing company website and mobile application. Providing application tours to new employees, teachers, and clients, and handling a team of 14 members. Also involved in internal bulk hiring.

Demonstrated progressive growth within Job Juggler, starting from foundational roles in data sourcing and content creation, where I adeptly managed confidential documents and data. Steadily advanced to assume candidate screening responsibilities and developed talent acquisition expertise. As a A Technical Recruiter is an HR professional responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for technical roles.
