As part of the senior leadership team in the Beckmead Family of Schools, I am leading a local authority comissioned project to increase the capacity of schools to retain pupils with challenging behaviour in mainstream settings. Managing a team of specialist behaviour support workers and teachers, as well as a Clinical Psychologist and Family Liaison Officer working in a systemic approach to create more inclusive schools.
