DeeAnna specializes in psychospiritual mentoring, integrating her Essential Soul Care® framework with chakra work, essential oils, and energy healing. All courses are NAADAC-approved and designed for those seeking both inner transformation and continuing education credits. Her 12-month Intensive is grounded in Contemporary Neo-Jungian Analytical Psychology and enriched by transpersonal, metaphysical, and intuitive perspectives, inviting practitioners to deepen their work from the inside out.

In 2008, DeeAnna co-founded the Online Therapy Institute with the late Dr. Kate Anthony to advance global understanding of telemental health, online clinical supervision, and the ethical integration of technology into mental health and coaching practices. Together, they trained over 25,000 clinicians and coaches worldwide through webinars, custom trainings, international presentations, and credentialing programs. The Institute also launched TILT Magazine ~ Therapeutic Innovations in Light of Technology, a global publication dedicated to the evolving digital therapy landscape. This committee evaluates the credentials and experience of all WPO practitioners and providers to ensure that they comply with WPO guidelines. In fulfilling its duties the committee:  Assesses and re-assesses the credentials of practitioners and providers.  Conducts peer review and approval of network status of practitioners and providers.  Monitors any practitioner or provider placed on a corrective action plan by Network Operations to ensure compliance with the plan.  Makes recommendations on content of credentialing policies and procedures for practitioners and providers.  Investigates quality of care issues related to individual practitioners or providers and makes recommendations, as appropriate.

Curriculum Development and Facilitation Ready Minds, the leading provider of Distance Career Counseling and University of Phoenix along with the Center for Credentialing and Education, Inc, (CCE, an affiliate of the NBCC®) offered the Distance Credentialed Counselor (DCC) credential for those individuals wishing to use technology-assisted methodologies to best serve their populations. Currently, the DCC is being phased out by CCE and replaced by BC-TMH (Board Certified- Telemental Health).
