My primary experience is in education, customer success and hospitality. As the property manager and primary host of a successful Airbnb, I created online content and marketed the unique benefits of our "home away from home" experiences. Assisting guests in making the most of their stay as well as managing the staff and property were a part of my day to day activities, meeting new people and helping them were an added bonus. Helping others has always been at the forefront of my life, not only as a host, but as an advocate for children in the foster care system and a special education teacher. Currently, I am looking for a position where I can continue to be of service and help others. I have a Bachelor's in Technology and Management and just recently completed an online sales development course through CourseCareers. My coursework included a review of Spin selling, BANT and Fanatical Prospecting, all of which I thoroughly enjoyed learning and practicing. In addition to my sales course, I recently received my certification in basic Manual Quality Assurance online through Udemy.
