To lead, coordinate and support the Ranger Services team in the effective delivery of compliance, and enforcement functions to ensure community safety, amenity, and compliance with relevant legislation and council policies. Key Responsibilities: • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to Ranger staff to ensure high standards of performance and service delivery. • Oversee daily patrol operations, rostering, and allocation of tasks to meet service requirements. • Monitor compliance with legislation, local laws, and Council policies, taking enforcement action where required. • Support staff in managing complex customer interactions, complaints, and conflict situations. • Ensure accurate record keeping, reporting, and timely resolution of customer requests. • Promote workplace safety, professional standards, and continuous improvement within the team. • Liaise with internal departments, external agencies, and community stakeholders to support coordinated compliance outcomes.
