Teller – Assisting members with transactions (deposits & withdrawals) counting cash, offer new products. Receptionist – Getting outgoing mail ready. Help keep lobby clean and did lobby control. Opened new accounts and loan application (auto, personal, credit cards and line of credit.) helped on teller line daily when short staffed. Made sure all loan officer’s desks were sanitized. Ordered supplies for the branch. Helped count vault, balance atm and add cash to cash machines. Greet every member that walked inside branch. Answered all phone calls. Universal Sales Representative – this position was based on being a teller and loan officer. Opened new accounts and loan application: auto, personal, credit cards, line of credit and home equity. Teller transaction such as deposit and withdraws. Help members use self-assist ATMs.
