* To setup, mantain and audit Quality Management System. * As a Management Representative for ISO 9001. * Certification scope is Property Developer and Property Management.

To setup the Management System for more than 60 clients, for many industries, such as Project, Mall, Hotel, School, Bank and many manufacture (textile, otomotif, flour, shoes, electronics, IC, chees etc). Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.

* To perform Auditing for all Malls (Prepare Checklist, Audit Program, Audit Trail, Reporting, Audit man-days and number of Auditors) for General Audit and Special Audit. * To follow up on the corrective action from the Auditee. * To coordinate with the Finance Accounting Division to prepare an Audit Plan for Next year * To develop the Enterprise Risk Management with the Consultant * To make a plan Risk assessment and with the team's performance, analysis and update Risk Assessment for all Departments and the Management * To prepare the Quarterly Audit Report, Oversight Committee Meeting (in English) for the Management * To be a liaison officer between Auditee and External Auditor * To asses KPI and approval for attendance for Subordinate. * To select the candidate for the new Auditors. * To prepare a Job Description for the Auditor. * To approve Auditor expense * To prepare IA career development with HR Lippo Karawaci
